Avoids duplicating a platform feature per connector.\n- Move the generic aws_error_code helper from kinesis_aws_utils into aws/aws_common.py\n  (and its tests into test_aws_common); delete the kinesis-local module.\n- Regenerate the connector registry (kinesis no longer advertises OWNERSHIP).\n- Update unit tests, integration recipes, and the golden file; integration test passes."
